职位描述：
岗位职责

1、业务主管职位，独立负责工作小组，给下级成员提供指导或支持并监督他们的日常活动；

2、配合部门经理制定公司行政管理制度并监督执行；

3、为公司所有业务部门提供必要的办公设施及其他后勤支持；

4、负责公司车辆、设备、设施等固定资产的调配及管理；

5、负责办公室其他行政事务。



任职资格

1、行政管理、企业管理等相关专业大专学历；

2、两年以上行政主管工作经验；

3、熟悉行政工作流程，办公用品采购流程，企业资产管理；

4、较强的责任心和敬业精神，良好的组织协调能力及沟通能力，较强的分析、解决问题能力；

5、熟练使用办公软件和办公自动化设备。 举报 分享
