职位描述：

AUTHORITY:

Accountable for the product development, management and performance of suppliers.

供應商管理以及產品開發協調

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage & liaise on product developments between CAD Department and Chinese Suppliers.

與製圖人員以及中國供應商配合，管理新產品開發

Ensure new products fit customer demands and also fit into supplier production process, and new processes are developed correctly.

確保產品符合客戶要求，以及供應商的製程能力符合新產品的要求，或新的製程有正確的開發出來

Structuring supplier manufacturing process to achieve correct quality and repeatability

協助供應商建立或整改製程，以達到產品的品質要求以及穩定性

Attend trials and approve parts

參與試產，並確認產品

Work as an integral member of the International Sourcing Division Development Teams to ensure all aspects of developments and production run smoothly

在公司與供應商之間，擔任協調者的角色，確保任何項目開發以及產品的生產，能順利的進行

Schedule workload with direct supervisor to enable best use of time to assist all parties.

與直接主管協調工作量的分配，以充分的利用有限的時間，協助各方

Source new suppliers and new product ranges for EGR requirements.

依ＥＧＲ需求，開發新供應商以及新的產品線

Liaise with all EGR worldwide purchasing offices to support in on time delivery of supplier orders - ensure delivery schedules of suppliers meet EGR requirement

跟ＥＧＲ全球的分公司保持聯絡，協調出貨事宜，確保交期能符合ＥＧＲ的需求

Reporting on supplier performance

跟公司回報供應商的表現

Continually assess Asian markets for trends and opportunities that could benefit EGR

持續評估亞洲市場的驅勢走向，發現對公司有利的新機會

PRE-REQUISITES:

Knowledge of metal and plastic manufacturing processes, engineering background preferable

具有金屬以及塑料加工的知識，工程背景優先考慮

3 years of working experience in product development

3年以上產品開發經驗

Skills on Project management & Product development

專案管理與產品開發的能力

Troubleshooting skills coupled with an understanding of best practice products development and production processes.

敏銳的問題洞察力，並能了解產品開發以及生產製程的***方案

Good written and spoken communication in English is ESSENTIAL for this position

極佳的英語聽說讀寫的能力，能與英語母語人士無任何障礙的溝通，此點為必要條件，面試時將以英文進行

Loyalty and trust, with responsible working attitude诚实可信，工作态度积极良好

Permanently based in Foshan area of China, traveling required when necessary工作地点主要在佛山的顺德区，依实际情况，有到其他省出差的可能性
