Responsibilities:

？ Lead sourcing team to source new vendors with competitive price and good product quality and on time delivery and service;
？ Strong analytical & problem solving capabilities , nicely train your team member and make them excellent ;
？ Able to build and assign the sourcing plan and task to your team member and reasonably coordinate all staffs to be most efficient;
？ Fairly evaluate all your team member work base on company KPI system and be good at encourage peoples working ambitions and team spirit;
？ Responsible for Vendor evaluation, selection and relationship building and to develop a comprehensive vendor compliance and management program;
？ Excellent communication and strong negotiate skills on price / payment terms / delivery conditions with suppliers.
？ Lead the sourcing staff to work with suppliers to overcome quality issues, late delivery production, operation barriers and drive for solutions;
？ Good cost saving skills, and achieve the target of quarter KPI, Good skills to define, develop and implement the purchase strategy.
？ Having high knowledge about international import and export and trans business, completely familiar to the process of all import & export floating, including custom clear, L/C process and verification affairs, high sense of cooperation with financial department about tax-refunding job.

Requirement:
？ Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. Must be self-directed, excellent team building skills, and have good contract management and negotiation skills.
？ 5 years experience on garment / fabric products, with gloves experience would be much perfect & priority;
？ Min 3 years relevant experience in similar position in a sizable multi-national company ;
？ Strong leadership skills and good ability to lead a collaborative, cross-functional team. successfully experienced in handling multiple character people;
？ Happy with long travel work and able to afford high pressure;
？ Fluent English in both written and speaking is a must, and pleasant personality
