1. Must be very rich technical knowledge of different kinds of fabrics /garments/textile, especial on gloves product and their production process.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to the QC team to ensure an effective work process flow drive properly, evaluate all the team member work efficiency for the quarter KPI action.
3. Prepare and initiate the monthly inspection schedule and manage daily activities of the QC team and the quality issues.
4. Manage first production inspection and apply sign off from customer on first production results and closely liaise with China commercial colleagues.
5. Review inspection reports of released and rejected productions for accuracy with abroad customer.
6. Handle all customer complaints in time and drive for effective corrective actions and preventive actions calibration, and ensure all complaints are responded too in a timely manner
7. Giving technical training to the team member regarding buying products quality technical aspects, as well same training to our suppliers to improve their quality level.
8. Continually search, evaluate, and enhance factory base for production, while ensuring product quality and on time delivery.
9. Enjoy frequently travel to domestic factories for inspection / supplier quality training / factory audit & on-site inspector supervise.



Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in relevant technical discipline.
2. 8 years experience in quality control field on fabric / garments / textile, gloves quality experience will be priority considered.
3. years background as supervisor or manager role on quality control / product technical
4. Very good level of verbal and written English language skills.
5. Strong ability on taken work pressure, team internal organization, communication skills, process flow and follow-up skills.

Work location:
Shangcheng district, Hangzhou city, Zhejiang province.
