AUTHORITY:

Supplier Quality Control & Improvement 供货商质量管理与改进

RESPONSIBILITIES:

？ Problem shooting and root cause analysis发现质量问题并分析根本原因

？ Work with EGR’s China suppliers to implement corrective and preventive action for process related concerns跟EGR中国供货商合作，实施纠正预防措施

？ Work with EGR’s China suppliers to improve process/quality control methods and activities跟EGR中国供货商合作，改善制程以及质量控制的方法

？ Ensure the supplier production process control complying with approved data. 确保供货商的制程控制，符合其所提交的书面文件

？ Analyze quality related data and submit reports分析质量讯息以及数据，提交质量报告

？ Apply training on quality inspectors to enhance quality awareness and knowledge对品检员实施教育训练，提升质量知识以及意识

？ Perform job duties assigned by the supervisor依主管指示，完成各项工作

PRE-REQUISITES:

？ Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Quality Control background具有机械工程、工业工程或质量管控等相关领域的背景

？ 5 years experience in quality/process control or production engineering for metal or plastic products在金属、塑料、橡胶加工相关产业中，在品保、制程控制或制程技术方面，有至少5年的经验

？ Familiar with TS16949 QMS, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA熟悉TS16949质量管理体系，包括APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC以及MSA

？ Good written and spoken communication in English is ESSENTIAL for this position

？ 极佳的英语听说读写的能力，能与英语母语人士无任何障碍的沟通，此点为必要条件，面试时将以英文进行

？ Good at using Excel熟悉Excel

？ Permanently based in Foshan area of China, traveling required when necessary工作地点主要在佛山的顺德区，依实际情况，有到其它省出差的可能性

？ Willing to spend majority of working time on the factory floor ensuring supplier quality is correct to EGR and EGR customer specifications工作时，需长时间在车间进行品检以及监督，以确保供货商所生产的产品，符合EGR以及EGR客户的质量要求

？ Loyalty and trust, with responsible working attitude诚实可信，工作态度积极良好
