职位描述

SUMMARY
In this position, the individual will be responsible for quality control activities required at the determined supplier(s) with the focuses are product quality control associated with the necessary process quality control tools and programs to ensure the products and services delivered are met Nautilus customers' requirements and expectations and to mitigate the potential non-conformance risk impact to all products supplied to Nautilus world wide.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Execute product audit/inspection (finished goods and warranty parts/packaging/NPI) in accordance with the defined sampling plan and the control list
§ Complete/share product audit/inspection report in timely manner
§ Recommend SCAR with the issues observed during the product & process audits
§ Support and conduct the supplier quality improvements program associated with determined quality control tools (5S, PDCA, Poke Yoke, SPC etc) supported by the quality & engineering resources (SQE/QE/ME/EE etc)
§ Support and ownership to the supplier quality performance data maintain and management
§ Support the on-site validations/verification (ECO/TDN/SCAR/Tool/compliance etc.) upon the requests
§ Support SQE to complete product validation during the NPI launch
§ Participate the supplier quality audit


QUALIFICATIONS
· College degree above diploma with the major in mechanical/electronic/material engineering is a priority
· More than 3 years of quality control experience working as QA/QC in the mechanical/metal/plastic manufacturing areas is a must
· Be familiar with related quality control know-how and tools like the SPC, Quality data analysis etc
· Quality improvement program implementation experience is preferred
· Work experience/knowledge about ISO9001 auditing, 6 Sigma is a Plus.
· Strong skills in the quality data analysis, root-cause investigation and corrective actions driven is preferred
· Acceptable English reading and writing is required (good verbal English master is a plus)
· Details demanding, open mind, energetic and good interpersonal skill
· willing to travel
