职位描述
Objectives:
Develop and implement Operations plans to meet corporate and company objectives
Support the management to achieve the goals of the company
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the Operations Department to support the testing and inspection activities
- Define and Follow the KPI for operations (TAT, Complaints, Accuracy,etc..)
- Guarantee the excellence of the services delivered by Operations unit
- Responsible for the business plan and development of Operations units
- Collaborate with other departments to set up and/or simplify the process in order to have smooth operations
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales teams to understand and anticipate the needs of clients
- Responsible for maintaining and developing high level of service in terms of performance and technical skills
- Responsible for maximizing the use of current resources
- Responsible for production efficiency
- Review the performance of operations units to define the bonus and salary update
- Guarantee the consistency of the tests between the different units
- Responsible to ensure the safe working conditions for technical employees
- Prepare the annual budget and follow its application and respect by operations units
- Control the expenses to be at least on line with the budget
- Approve the purchase and travels enquiries
- Prepare the business plan for development in liaison with company management
- Responsible for application of training plan of company
- Support the Customer Service and Sales teams to visit clients
- Apply and implement the procedures of quality system of LCIE China
- Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements
Skills and Requirements:
- Strategic partnering and negotiation skills, has outstanding relationship-building capabilities, and is comfortable managing company and business partner expectations.
- Strong communications and influencing skills.
- Organizational leadership.
- Team-building skills.
- Aggressive on objectives.
- Adaptable to different cultures.
- Possess good knowledge of electrical testing, of the industry as well as the company's product & service.
- Customer focused, Energetic and willing to work overtime.

Education & Experience:
- High University Degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years working experience in same field
- Good knowledge of English (French or German is a plus).
