职位描述

The successful candidate has to meet the following requirements:

1. Have 2 to 3 years experience in the position of process engineer;

2. Good command in English;

3. Willingness to work for a foreign invested company;

4. Experience in 5S

The successful candidate will be in charge of all the matters related to process engineering in our company, and will report directly to headquarters. His/her main duties will be the following:

1. PRODUCTION MONITORING:

1.1 Monitor production units and regulate discipline techniques;

1.2 Lead daily production meetings (detailed production overview,incidents, security, planning, etc.);

1.3 Lead SCRAS and improvement of teams

1.4 Plan manufacturing assembly orders;

1.5 Monitor manufacturing assembly orders, priority and delays;

1.6 Plan and adjust man power according to work load;

1.7 Prepare annual working plan according to company's plan targets

2. MANUFACTURING AND ASSEMBLY OPERATIVE MANUAL

2.1 Machine sheets

2.2 Self-maintenance sheets;

2.3 Raw material sheets;

2.4 Consumable sheets;

2.5 Packaging sheets;

2.6 Defect catalogue;

2.7 Defect sheets;

2.8 Product sheets;

2.9 Process control graphics;

2.10 Standard operation process (SOP)

2.11 Special instructions (IEs)

3. PROCESS AUTOMATION

3.1 Search of automation suppliers;

3.2 Discuss technical alternatives;

3.3 Assessment of technical and economical viability;

3.4 Implementation;

3.5 Automation monitoring;

4. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

4.1 Evaluation of current process efficiency

4.2 Detection of areas to be improved;

4.3 Cause/effect analysis;

4.4 Select items to be modified;

4.5 Establish and monitor action plan;

4.6 Lay out analysis, insure fluent logistics;

4.7 Lead new workshops investments (dies, moulds, machinery, etc.)

4.8 Lead SMED method
