RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage & liaise on product developments between CAD Department and Chinese Suppliers.

与制图人员以及中国供应商配合，管理新产品开发

Ensure new products fit customer demands and also fit into supplier production process, and new processes are developed correctly.

确保产品符合客户要求，以及供应商的制程能力符合新产品的要求，或新的制程有正确的开发出来

Structuring supplier manufacturing process to achieve correct quality and repeatability

协助供应商建立或整改制程，以达到产品的品质要求以及稳定性

Attend trials and approve parts

参与试产，并确认产品

Work as an integral member of the International Sourcing Division Development Teams to ensure all aspects of developments and production run smoothly

在公司与供应商之间，担任协调者的角色，确保任何项目开发以及产品的生产，能顺利的进行

Schedule workload with direct supervisor to enable best use of time to assist all parties.

与直接主管协调工作量的分配，以充分的利用有限的时间，协助各方

Source new suppliers and new product ranges for EGR requirements.

依ＥＧＲ需求，开发新供应商以及新的产品线

Reporting on supplier performance

Conduct random check on products supplied from suppliers

对供应商所制做的产品，执行抽检

Willing to spend majority of working time on the factory floor ensuring supplier quality is correct to EGR and EGR customer specifications工作时，需长时间在车间进行品检以及监督，以确保供货商所生产的产品，符合EGR以及EGR客户的质量要求

Set up the necessary QC methods and have them conducted at suppliers, and also monitor the suppliers’ implementation.

制订必须的品质控制措施，要求供应商实施，并监督实施情况

Continually assess Asian markets for trends and opportunities that could benefit EGR

持续评估亚洲市场的驱势走向，发现对公司有利的新机会

PRE-REQUISITES:

Automotive background, in Tier 1, Tier 2 or automotive accessory related industry

汽车相关行业背景,一阶或二阶供应商,或者汽车配件相关行业

Has basic understanding on TS16949

对TS16949有基本了解

Knowledge of metal and plastic manufacturing processes, engineering background required

具有金属以及塑料加工的知识，有工程背景

3 years of working experience in product development

3年以上产品开发经验

Skills on Project management & Product development & Quality control

专案管理与产品开发的能力

Troubleshooting skills coupled with an understanding of best practice products development and production processes.

Good written and spoken communication in English is ESSENTIAL for this position

Will stay in Foshan, GD province, to obtain training for 2 weeks
