Summary:
Investor Relations Manager requires a blend of corporation communication & finance skills. For finance, the person must have a fare amount of knowledge of the company's financials and be able to perform financial analysis and modeling. He/she must also be able to understand the stock market and how the industry responds to the various financials.

From corporate communication point, he/she must be able to connect to the investment community as well as media and government authorities while ensuring the right balance of positive spin and honesty.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist CFO in developing a comprehensive IR plan on an annual basis including investors database, conference and communication schedules, roadshow logistics, IR budget
2. Assist CFO in building and maintaining relationships with investors; act as a principal point of contact for selected investors, analysts, media and other third party professionals
3. Responsible for preparation of all IR material including presentations, handouts, shareholder meeting material, press releases
4. Responsible for independent financial analysis including comparable analysis, analyst consensus and forecasting models and stock price analysis
5. Responsible for preparing and commenting on the quarterly/yearly results and participate in formulating a financial and analyst communication consensus and strategy in positioning the company and its results
6. Be able to become very knowledgeable of the company's financials, business operations, issues, and new initiatives; as well as market and competitor intelligence
7. Responsible for maintaining IR related internal policies such as disclosure policy

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree from a accredited university, finance or business major/MBA/overseas returnees preferred;
2. 1 to 2 years of related working experience such marketing, PR, auditing, financial analysis experiences preferred;
3. Strong command of the English and Chinese language with strong communication skills including verbal communication, public speaking, and business writing abilities;
4. Strong analytical background in Finance; strong modeling and database building skills
5. A quick learner with strong self motivation and can-do attitude; requires little hand holding
6. Stress resistant, ability to work under time pressure, team-player, proactive
7. Well-versed with MS Office applications, especially with Excel and Power Point.
