职位描述
注：工作地点在合肥，公司提供带薪培训，底薪 + 项目奖金+住宿，非诚勿扰。
职责：
根据广告策略，提出正确的创意策略，实现优秀、精彩的创意表现。
向客户阐述和表达设计观点，能够策略性地说服引导客户；
把握创意方向，平衡创意团队的创意想法，管理并提升创意人员的创意产出与执行；
与相关部门人员保持良好的沟通，组织并监督创意作品的完成，确保作品的构成符合策略及创意标准；
组织、管理创意团队，培训、激励并挖掘团队成员的潜能；
任职要求：
本科以上学历，广告、美术等相关专业；
五年以上创意领域相关工作经验，三年以上管理工作经验；
具备整合广告策略和创意能力，胜任数字互动、平面、视频的创意和执行指导工作；
良好的沟通能力，具备较强团队领导力及团队协作精神，能承受较强的工作；
具备Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator，flash等设计软件方面的高超技能；
丰富的创意指导经验和较强的创意能力，对行业触觉敏锐，思路清晰；
有独立的创意发想能力，优秀的创意表现能力；
