职位描述
此职位为公司网点开发部店铺设计师（Market Development-SD），须有较强的制图水准及沟通能力！
Responsibilities:
1， 有商业意识，能按公司标准完成新店及旧店的平面图纸设计；
2， 有空间设计基础，能按公司标准贯彻执行，维护店铺统一形象；
3， 维护SDS设计数据和公司公共盘的数据；
4， 能充分理解并掌握公司相关设计标准，高效准确完成各阶段图纸设计；
5， 能按照市场新店及改造店的计划，按时完成图纸设计；
6， 与总部、市场营运部及采购部等相关部门保持良好沟通，确保店铺按最新的设计理念和原则在市场推广；
7， 按照总部要求完成市场每周的工程报表及其它辅助工作；
Requirements:
1， 大专及以上学历，最少3年的工作经验；
2， 有机电、建筑或装饰相关的设计经验；
3， 熟练使用Auto CAD, Photo Shop等相关的设计软件；
4， 有很好的组织能力，能根据项目的优先次序进行合理工作安排；
5， 积极主动，有创新精神及解决问题的技巧；
6， 良好的沟通和协调能力，妥善处理与协作部门的工作；
7， 有零售、连锁行业的相关工作经验及良好的英语能力优先。
