Fulfill PRC, IFRS and US GAAP and WHQ reporting requirements, ensure the accuracy and timeless of the reporting.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

1.Prepare financial report under both of IFRS and US GAAP.

2.Prepare variance report of financial report under IFRS, US and PRC GAAP.

3.Provide necessary assistance to subsidiaries' accounting teams to ensure financial results of subsidiaries are properly prepared in compliance with company policies, procedures and US GAPP, IFRS and PRC GAAP respectively.

4.Assist to establish accounting guidance for the group and supervise the implementation.

5.Assist to standardize consistent accounting policies and treatment for the group.

6.Assist annual audit both of PRC and IFRS GAAP.

Educational Requirement, Competencies & Capabilities:

Must Have:

1. Bachelor Degree required in Accounting.

2. Good knowledge of PRC GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP and highly technical expertise required.

3. At least 3 years of accounting experience including experience with full cycle accounting processes and consolidation, preferably with multinational companies or Big 4 accounting firms.

4. Excellent skill in using office software, e.g. Excel, Access ect;

5. Good Analysis and problem solving skills; Good communication skills and teamwork.

6. Honest, matured and meticulous with high degree of accuracy. Fluent language skills (both written and verbal) in English.

Nice to Have:

Working experience in big 4 audit firm or Multinational corporation is preferred.
