岗位职责：

1、依据鸡源生产状况和农场入雏计划，制定每周/月的毛鸡出栏计划，并及时传送屠宰等相关部门。

2、根据屠宰厂加工需求，参照鸡源状况，调整确定每日屠宰数量。依订单需求、上挂链速和宰前药残检验结果，安排屠宰时间。

3、安排毛鸡运输车辆并追踪当日到厂情况，保证鸡只安全准时入厂。

4、协调解决生产屠宰过程中出现的客户投诉。

5、SAP系统录入。

6、负责毛鸡车的管理，包括督导车辆卫生状况、车况，督导安全运输。

7、应变处理运输车辆异常状况。

8、每日计划确定后通知毛鸡车入场时间和毛鸡车车号，以便农场安排停食和开具检疫证。

9、出栏计划临时调整，及时与屠宰厂协调。

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，3年以上工作经验。

2、熟知屠宰加工各个环节，有大型肉鸡一条龙工作经验。

3、熟知肯德基、麦当劳、德克士等客户的产品标准,熟知肉鸡分割产品规格。

4、熟知KA客户（肯德基、麦当劳）动物福利标准。

5、具有ISO9001/22000内审员资格证，具有较强的内部审核能力。

6、能熟练运用office，PPT等办公软件。
