Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with relevant department to perform internal control (SOX) review and conduct testing, according to WHQ requirement to make sure the testing deliverables up to quality standard, report identified issue or area for development to management, conduct remediation testing, upload testing deliverables to Paisley system, and provide testing status to WHQ on time.

2. Coordinate the tracking of WHQ Corporate Audit Department (CAD) audit report finding and action plan, and upload tracking result to Paisley system. Make effort to reduce deficiencies in testing and follow-up previous identified issues.

3. Provide support to compliance or process management/streamline projects, liaise with Process Management team on internal control process improvement, or other projects in the company.

4. Deploy policies from Heinz Global to Heinz China and follow up local policies update and issuance, ensure proper control procedures in place and compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.

5. Optimize and streamline operation processes, without violating management delegation of authority (DoA) and SOX requirement

6. Support in any ad hoc task pertaining to internal control or process management.

Educational Requirement, Competencies & Capabilities:

Professional Knowledge

- Bachelor's degree, preferable in Finance, Accounting or Business management

Experience Requirement

- 4-5 years of working experience; 2-3 years of audit firm experience is plus

Competency Requirement

- Sound analytical, organization and communication skills and team work spirit

- Good English in oral and written manner
