Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the tax compliance of all business units in China, including conducting internal tax review

2. Assist manager to optimize tax planning for the group

3. Assist manager to manage transfer pricing in accordance with tax law and internal tax policies

4. Assist to establish and maintain best practices in tax area including tax reporting, tax analysis/review

5. Collect new taxation rules and make proposal on tax arrangement for the group

6. Assist to organize tax training/workshop for staff

Educational Requirement, Competencies & Capabilities:

1. Bachelor Degree required in Finance related.

2. At least 4 years working experience in tax or accounting area, including financial analysis, strong PRC exposure with a comprehensive understanding of taxation, regulations and requirements for PRC accounting, CPA or consulting firm experience is preferred.

3. Familiar with office software, e.g. Excel, PPT etc.

4. Good analysis and problem solving skills; Good communication skills and teamwork.

5. Honest, matured and meticulous with high degree of accuracy.

6. Fluent language skills (both written and verbal) in English.
