Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责：

1. Achieve/exceed brand targets & objectives:

1.1 Identify local business growth opportunities, develop a customized plan and local tactics to develop local market, and execute central and local marketing campaigns

1.2 Support sales teams to ensure effective execution of key elements of the brand strategy

1.3 Organize and execute the local product marketing activities and programs such as symposium, forums and CMEs to enhance doctor-to-doctor communication

1.4 Coordinate and engage field sales forces to align sales marketing initiatives to achieve territory sales targets.

1.5 Update market situation and competitor intelligence to assist Regional Sales Manager to formulate sales strategy and actions in the region, timely feedback to central marketing and sales training team to quickly respond challenges and changes in the market

1.6 Prepare and execute product promotion expense budgets

1.7 To delivery product trainings to regional team on regular basis.

2. Develop and manage KOL partnership plans and programs and establish solid

rapport with them.

3. Others

3.1 Ensure that all activities undertaken by the sales team staff fully comply with the Company’s policies/standard, the laws and regulations of China.

3.2 Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualifications/Requirements: 申请资格 / 职位要求：

1.Bachelor degree, preferably in medicine , pharmacy

2.More than 3 years pharmacy working experience , preferably with sales management or marketing experience

3.Strong communication skill , and good interpersonal skill

4.Analytical thinking , creative , teamwork

5.High level of integrity

6.Willing to travel upon business needs

葛兰素史克的疫苗研究和生产始于上个世纪50年代，半个世纪以来，葛兰素史克为世界公共健康作出了杰出贡献，开发出了众多世界首例疫苗，如基因工程乙肝疫苗、甲乙肝联合疫苗、灭活甲肝疫苗、莱姆病疫苗、无细胞白百破/乙肝/注射用脊灰联合疫苗等。葛兰素史克还是唯一为世界卫生组织确定的三大全球疾病――疟疾、艾滋病和结核病同时研制药物和疫苗的公司。

1995年，葛兰素史克于上海浦东张江高科技园区内建立了疫苗生产基地----上海葛兰素史克生物制品有限公司。葛兰素史克是国内最大的外资疫苗供应商之一，为中国民众提供甲肝、乙肝、水痘、麻腮风、百白破、b型流感嗜血杆菌结合疫苗等。目前，葛兰素史克在中国已签署了两个新的合资企业，积极实现疫苗产品的本土化生产，为中国民众带来更多利益。
