Monthly reporting and forecast preparation

1.Overall responsilbe for the accuracy and on time delivery of BU monthly management reports.

总体负责每月管理报表的准确性、及时性。

2.Understand business and collaborate with different functions to prepare rolling forecast

了解事业部的运营情况并协同不同部门提供相应的预测

3.Interact with Accounting / Costing team to understand actual result, make sure the accuracy of forecast

和帐务、成本组的同事紧密工作以了解实际财务状况，以确保预测的准确性

4.Regular tracking & monitoring and provide gap analysis to help management understand the business result.

5.Assist to process improvement

Budget preparation

1.Coordinate with each function for budget preparation

Requirement

Bachelor Degree or above

本科及以上

5-6 years experience in manufacturing and financial management – multinational company. Finance planning and analysis experience is freferred.

5-6年的跨国公司财务工作经验，相应的财务分析工作经验为首选。

Knowledge of US / local GAAP and regulatory requirements

有相应的美国、中国财务制度知识

Good analytical and strong numerical skills
