Accountabilities:
?Function
Recruiting
?Meet business needs, ensure smooth employment activities such as hiring, transferring and promotion of employees etc. , especially for seasonal roller-coaster hiring
?Control headcount for SJ plant
Training
?Set up and implement annual training plan for the plant
?Follow up functional training for all departments
?Optimize training course for SJ plant, such as orientation, cross-functional training, cultural building etc.
Attendance Management
?Collect attendance data, finish and submit attendance report to HR colleague or relevant dept. on time.
?Find out the problem of attendance management, make improvement suggestion and be a coordinator to push it happen.
HR Report & HR Data Management
?Ensure HR data updates timely in HRIS
?Make HR report and submit to HR colleagues or relevant dept. on time.
Others
?As a coordinator, handle the issues on recruiting, training, attendance management and HR data management.
?Ensure to complete work in accordance with company/group policies and procedure.
?Make suggestion and optimize recruiting, training and relevant HR management.
?Finish other tasks the HR Mgr. assigned.

Measurements:
?Recruiting: cost of hire, hiring cycle, turnover rate
?Talent turn-over/exit interview results
?Training plan implementation and training feedback
?Accuracy of HR report and HR data

Key skills/ Critical experience:
Education:
?College degree or above in HR management or related field
Experience:
?At least 3 years of proven experience in recruiting and training in plant environment. FMCG plant is prefer.
?Multi-culture exposure'
Key Job Skills:
?Good command of English skills both in oral and written
?Be able to work under pressure
?Proactive and self-motivated
?Integrity
?Result-oriented, and attention to details.
