JOB TITLE: Material Purchaser
REPORTS TO (JOB TITLE): planning & purchasing manager
LOCATION: SJ plant

Role:The person in this role is in charge of the overall material planning execution and OGS purchasing to meet the production request; optimize the material inventory and plan arrangement to smooth the production and reduce the holding cost.

Accountabilities:
？ Material planning
- Develop and maintain material supply plan to meet production requirement
- Monitor material order processing status and follow up with on time delivery.
- Coordinate with production planner to assure the material supply match the production planning
- Develop and maintain material supply process and procedure. Focus on continual improvement.
- Support BU materials planning for products innovation, promotion and package update;
- Control the different printing versions of materials alternating smoothly in continuing production;
- Kindly control all related materials of discontinued SKU, to minimize the rest material write-off.
- Keep close contact with suppliers and maintain good relationship to ensure the reliable supply.
- Manage and deliver complains from using of materials, communicate with suppliers to solve the problems timely.
- Track and evaluate suppliers’ performance (on time delivery, quality, service, etc.) and prepare periodic report.
- Support warehousing & storage management to achieve optimal logistics.
？ OGS purchasing and other
- Develop and manage suppliers sources for local plants’ daily purchasing needs, meet the needs from internal functions in time;
- Support internal cost saving program;
- Support new procurement project needs;
- Build up and improve SOP to standardize the plant purchasing.

Measurements:
KPI(关键业绩指标）

？ No unscheduled downtime due to material delivery issue.
？ Continuously improve the inventory level to minimize the material write-off
？ Complete the OGS procurement and payment on time to meet the KPI target.
？ No complaint about the purchasing process.
？ Solve the complaint about the supplier’s service and material quality timely and effectively.

Key skills/ Critical experience:
1. Good communicate skill.
2. Strong executive ability.
3. Strong problem solving ability
4. Good team cooperation ability.
5. Good Excel skill.
6. SAP experience.
7. Bachelor's degree and above.
8. At least 2 year related work experience as a material planner role, FMCG background is preferred.
9. Integrity, sense of responsibility and diligence.
10. Be able to work under high pressure.
