Main Job:

1. Responsible for the accurate, complete and timely delivery of the GL of the Group, work closely with subsidiaries' accounting teams to ensure financial results of subsidiaries are properly prepared in compliance with company policies ,procedures and US GAPP, IFRS and PRC GAAP respectively.

2. Establish accounting guidance for the group and supervise the implementation;

3. Standardize consistent accounting policies and treatment for the group;

4. Responsible for the consolidation under IFRS and US GAAP and actual reporting submission to WHQ;

5. Responsible for annual audit both of PRC and IFRS GAAP;

6. Improve the automation of reporting to reduce routine work.


Qualification Requirement:

1.Bachelor Degree required in Accounting, AICPA, CPA or ACCA is preferred;

2.Advanced knowledge of China GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP and highly technical expertise required;

3.8 years accounting related job experience required including experience with full cycle accounting processes and consolidation;

4.Excellent skill in using office software, e.g. Excel, Access ect; Good Analysis and problem solving skills; Good Influence and communication skills; Good teamwork and leadership;

5.Honest, matured and meticulous with high degree of accuracy;

6.Fluent language skills (both written and verbal) in English.
