职位描述：
Contract Period: Six Months

- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, and taking messages
- Book air-tickets, hotels, and arrange business trips for executives as required
- Receive/sort and send mail, fax and deliveries
- Maintain schedule for conference room, arrange appointments, operate video conferencing equipment
- Make copies, bind and staple, and file documents and reports as needed
- Provide administrative supports to some executives and other colleagues/teams as needed
- Prepare regular HR/ corporate documents/reports by collecting, verifying and translation the data and information
- Maintain and update HR data in related system and platinum, etc.
- Provide the HR supports to General Manager Beijing and assist on the daily HR issues
- Daily updating the website, translation and printing work on brochures and advertisements etc.
