岗位职责:

1.化验室化验方法和体系的管理和维护;
2.化验室人员管理;
3.化验室人员培训;
4.负责化验室的整体管理, 包括确保化验室的工作符合GB;符合公司的食品安全政策;符合化验室质量安全手册的要求;
5.负责化验室整体的操作符合规范.
6.负责对肉品、活禽和其它相关产品的物理及化学的分析、重金属的分析、微生物的分析等。


岗位要求：
1.3年食品行业微生物化验室工作经验
2.1－2 年 人员管理经验
3.大学本科微生物，食品科学或相关专业。
4.英语四级以上，听读写皆可。
5.对质量安全体系如ISO17025或ISO9000有一定的了解。
