职位描述：
1. 基本职责Essential
- 协助精加工经理进行相关的持续改进活动 assist finishing manager to relevant improvement in department
？ 安全Safety :
1) 协助部门经理降低车间的风险评估以达到年度目标
 Support department manager to take actions to reduce RPI to reach yearly target
2) 根据实际需要成立于安全相关的持续改进小组,如风险评估，零接触，安全反馈
Be the Safety CIT condutor if needed, such as risk assessment, hands free, safety feedback
3) 协助精加工经理对在车间发现的安全问题的整改
Support finishing manager to follow up and take actions for safety findings
4) 负责车间 的消防器材每月点检实施情况
Responsible for the fire extinguishers monthly check
5) 根据需要可作为部门经理的委托人身份，参加安全委员会会议和其他部门之间的协调工作和其他安全改进工作
Participate safety steering committe meeting, coorperate with other department to improve safety issues as second commander of manager if needed


？ 质量Quality :
1) 不定期检查员工实际操作是否符合作业指导书要求，并向部门经理汇报检查结果
Time to time to check does operator follow with standard WI, and report the result to manager
2) 协助精加工经理跟踪 NCR管子在车间的进展状况
Support manager to track the NCR handling progress in workshop
3) 参与NCR/DDR的分析和质量提高的改进活动
Participate quality improvement activities and NCR/DDR analysis if needed
4) 根据需要可作为部门经理的委托人身份参加与质量相关的会议和其他部门之间的协调工作
Participate quality related meeting and cooperate with other department to handle quality issues as second commander of manager if needed


？ 生产 Production :
1) 协助精加工经理落实完成员工技能培训计划
Support finishing manager to implement BCs skill training plan
2) 负责部门全体员工考勤记录工作并向人事部汇报
Responsible for all staffs attendce record in finishing department and report to HR department
3) 根据需要制定生产线周生产计划
Make weekly production plan if needed
4) 协助部门经理采取行动完成月度生产计划
Support finishing manager to take actions in order to achieve monthly production target
5) 精加工经理不在时代理其进行车间管理和协调工作
Charge of finishing department in case of manager is not in plant, such as lead FST meeting, attend SMT meeting, etc.

？ 持续改进：Continuous Improvement
1) 协助部门经理在部门内推广瓦卢瑞克管理系统，参与精益生产活动，以提高生产效率
Support manager to deploy VMS in all lines in department, participate LEAN management activities to improve productivity
2) 支持各生产线领班提高关键 & 瓶颈岗位的设备综合利用率
Support line leader to improve OEE of key station & bottleneck station
3) 精加工的目视化管理的改进和提高
Take actions to improve visual management in finishing
4) 协助部门经理推动和提高生产线的物流管理
Support manager to deploy and improve material flow management
5) 根据需要参与或领导改进项目
Participate CIT or conduct CIT if needed
6) 根据需要和其他部门进行合作
Coordinate with other department if needed
7) 其他精加工经理安排的临时性工作
