Qualification Requirement:

4-year university degree in Engineering.
Five or more years similar construction scheduling and related engineering experiences.
Sound knowledge of schedule systems, principles and practices required.
Working knowledge of computer scheduling programs (i.e. Primavera, P3. Microsoft Project, Sure Trak) and department computer system is beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills (Has a keen sense on cost).
Strong in communication and alignment, and be able to present self well in both oral and written English.
Be able to work independently and inter-dependently with multi-functional teams with good interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of local regulations on food safety, HSE areas, and construction will be a plus.
Prior experience in managing major/complex project will be a plus.
Be willing to travel upon project needs.
