职位描述：
主要职责/责任

The technical procurement
Procurement manager will develop & implement the procurement plan
Receive, translate and sort the bidding documents
Prepare bidding comparison tables when needed
Participate in clarification meeting with suppliers and project team members and issue the meeting minutes
Participate in negotiation meeting
Prepare contracts according Sungain and Lesaffre standards
Follow the signature process
Prepare and follow the payment application
Prepare the work /goods acceptance documents
Prepare the OPI documents
Make the link with the financial department after contract issuing
Follow the delivery time / organization / acceptance visit with suppliers
Work in close cooperation with Lesaffre China technical lead buyer

岗位要求：
Bachelor degree
Five years above project technical procurement experience
Basic technical knowledge ,such as Certain civil work ,electrical ,chemical ,fluid ,mechanical
Good communication skill as he/she will work in teams;
English reading and speaking;
