岗位职责：
SYC Monthly closing and reporting
1. Follow-up monthly closing
2. Send closing agenda
3. Collect information from other dept.
4. Provide feedback to management on accuracy and on-time quality
Monitor PRC booking
1. Process follow-up: PRC production cost, utilities, accruals, reinvoicing, …
2. Controls on PRC set of accounts
3. Organize booking to ease IFRS account mapping
Prepare IFRS reporting package
1. Detail production cost, cost per strain & Cream YE summary for SYE
2. PRC to IFRS bridge and reporting adjustment
3. Inventory summary & Sales report v2
4. Operating expenses by department
5. P&L by BU and appendix information for HFM
6. Management meeting figures and comments preparation
HFM Reporting to Group
1. Input package
2. Control variation and fill-up checklist information for Group
3. Promote to RL3
Financial analysis
1. Production cost analysis and communication to production managers
2. Operating expenses analysis and questions to department managers
3. Participate on other area with Greater China FP&A team
Other responsibilities
1. Board of director support figures and comments preparation
2. Group forecast and Budget preparation (collect and prepare data; coordination at factory level)
3. Input of Group forecast and budget in HFM
4. Other timely reporting from Group: CAPEX, ID Database, Molasses study, Transfer price database…
5. Ad hoc functions
Participate to targeted analysis requests
Ease information to benefit implementation projects from finance or other department
岗位要求：
1.Bachelor degree, majored in accounting
2. 2 years' experience in Multinational company
3.English in writing, reading is the must; fluent in oral English is a plus;
