职位描述：
Key responsibilities: To add few lines regarding HSE for Contractor Supervision
? Floor support
o Conducts coaching and training to employees
o Identifies gaps in procedures or processes
o Attends developmental training as agreed
o Maintain plant awareness of EHS through communications
o Daily behavior based safety observations
o Responsible for follow up activities driven from internal audit team and third party audits regarding Safety and Environment
o Leads internal audit team
o Conducts special projects as assigned
o Able to work flexible hours and able to cover off shifts
o Interprets data and reports on trend and data analysis to appropriate personnel
o Supports improvement initiatives with Factory and drives improvements projects.
? Small project based work consisting of developing an idea, improving or developing systems, gathering data and implementing solutions.
? Establishing and improving safety standards for manufacturing practices and methods
岗位要求：
? Bachelor degree in Environment, Health, Safety or related field, with a minimum of 3 year in a similar position within the food industry, the pharmaceutical industry or biotechnology.
? Strong knowledge in safety and environment matters.
? Advanced Knowledge of safety standards and programs such as LOTO, Confined space, Hot work, Hazard communication, MSDS, Environmental concerns, testing protocol and Microsoft office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook) .
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to use and create complex spreadsheets.
? Ability to lead projects and programs with a positive attitude.
? Organized, attentive to details, ability to prioritize and to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
? Ability to deal effectively with all levels within the organization as well as with external parties, including regulatory and contract personnel 举报 分享
