职位描述
岗位职责
1、负责编制本片区/办事处各项年度计划及月度计划(包括销售计划、售价目标、空瓶回收率、SEP年度推行计划等),组织本片区/办事处分解下达的销售规划,以保证阶段性销售目标的实现
2、定期走访市场,了解市场一线信息。检查和维护市场销售秩序,推进RTM市场管理运作,保证物流与通路利润的稳定,以促进效益目标的实现
3、负责市场分销渠道与重点终端的开发与管理,全面导入FSM实地销售管理与售点执行,提高辖区内市场占有率;
4、寻找市场机会,制定打击竞品的销售政策,监督并指导销售队伍及渠道成员的执行,并对销售政策进行评估与调整;
5、指导经销商制定市场操作计划,并跟踪落实方案的执行;与经销商协商确定经销商年度工作目标(含回瓶目标、RTM推行等),并督促、指导实施,确保目标达成。
任职要求
3到5年饮料酒水销售/通路管理经验;良好的执行力和经销商管理能力;分析能力,尤其是财务和销售分析,良好的计划能力;良好的人员/项目管理技巧,能带领团队;出色的沟通技巧,良好的谈判技巧、人际关系和影响力
