职位描述：
岗位职责：
        The person in post is responsible to animate his team. He is in regular contact with his personnel.
？ He fixes objectives to the teams’ managers and implements the interventions planning.
？ He controls the activity through reports in oral or written forms. He checks the timing and the costs.
？ He administratively manages the personnel (regarding follow up of legislation, training, etc.)
？ He develop Preventive Maintenance within the Organization
2. Maintenance

？ He is responsible of the maintenance budget and actions to be done. He is managing the spare parts budget as well as the stock levels of spare parts. He manages the outside contractors’ budget as well as the big maintenance budget

3. New projects

？ He participates to the establishment of the Current investment budget and renovation budget with the GM or Technical Director in charge of Production and techniques. When the budgets are validated, he contacts the subcontractors, suppliers, the tenders, studies the offers, negotiates and submits the contracts to the technical manager.
？ He manages the projects implementation: coordination, quality of realization, schedule

岗位要求：
Engineer, ideally bachelor’s degree (BENG KE of DA ZHUANG) in Mechanics or Electricity with a solid experience in a similar position.
？ Ideally his former experiences took place in Food Industry, Biotechnologies, pharmacy or chemical industry.
？ Speaking English
