Main Responsibilities：
1.Implement Quality Directive and check the result
执行工艺指令并检查指令执行情况;
2.Participate in creating the production regular and arrange operator to make out key equipment running instruction
参与制定生产规章制度，制定主要设备的操作运行指导，合理安排人员;
3.Be in charge of organizing team to reach production tasks with good quality, high efficiency
负责组织班组生产完成生产任务，达到良好的产品质量和效率；
4.Be responsible for training worker
组织员工培训；
5.Make out all the record for handover to the other shift and report in ERP system
完成交接班记录和ERP系统中汇报；
6.Be responsible for safety issues on site and deal with the unsafe point
负责现场安全问题及消除安全隐患;

Requirements：
1.Bachelor degree in mining, technical or related specialty;
本科，矿产/技术或其他相关专业。
2. 2 to 4 years of industrial experience in concrete process or brick plant
2--4 年水泥行业/砖厂的工业领域工作经验；
