Quotation

报价

According to Sales request to send enquiry to different supplier and get the best price, ensure the quotation is on time and competitive. Has the liability to chase sales for feedback of quotation.

根据销售的要求向不同的供应商询价得到最好的价格，确保报价及时有竞争力。有义务追着销售报价的反馈。

Arrange samples

安排样品

Get samples ready according to customer’s request with lowest cost and fastest speed. Has the liability to chase the sales for feedback of the samples. Be sure to keep a counter sample for review.

根据客户要求用最低的成本最快的速度拿到样品。有义务追着销售问样品的反馈情况。保证留一个封样备查。

Order processing

订单执行

Be sure to use the stock goods for arranging orders first.

确保首先用库存产品安排订单。

Guarantee the order is executed according to our procedures timely and ensure the goods are delivered on time and in good quality and quantity.

保证按照我们的流程及时安排订单，确保保质保量按时交货。

Be sure the TG order is made according to actual situation, avoid unnecessary stocks.

确保统购订单根据实际情况下单，避免不必要的库存。

Supplier assessment

供应商评估

Make research and get enough information for supplier assessment.

做调研获取足够的信息以便做供应商评估。

Pre-delivery Inspection

交货前验货

Make sure to inform QC for inspection one week earlier for goods, solve the problems on QC report and guarantee the goods are delivered in good quality and quantity on time.

确保提前一周通知质检验货，解决验货报告中的问题，确保产品按时按质按量交付。

Good receipt and warehouse record收货入库

Make sure to inform Warehouse of goods arrival and internal QC of coming goods with detailed list timely.

确保及时通知仓库到货时间和内检验货清单。
