职位描述：
？Maintain the normal operation of all the facilities and equipment in Sports Park, including but not limited to electrical systems, central air-conditioning systems, water supply systems, fire control systems , security monitoring system, boiler, projector and lighting system
确保体育场馆及酒店等设施设备正常运作，包括发配电系统、中央空调系统、供水系统、消防系统、监控系统、投影灯光及锅炉等
？Maintain and record the operation of facilities and equipment regularly
对设施设备的定期保养并记录
？Inspect and record facilities and equipment
对设施设备的定期点检并记录
？Solve facility and equipment issues, repair timely
解决设施设备出现的问题，及时修理
？Predict the equipment failure
对设备故障有良好的预判
？Analysis of anomaly for daily consumption（water,electric,diesel oil etc.） and maintenance cost to avoid any waste, raise and push energy saving project
对日常水、电、油等的消耗量及设备耗材等使用量进行异常分析，及时避免浪费，提出并推动节能方案　
？Check and update the availability of the facilities information on time
坚持并及时更新设施相关信息的适应性
？Safety environment check and control
安全环境检查和控制
？Keep good communication with internal and external parties such as government, supplier, customer
同内部和外部（政府，供应商、客户等）保持良好的沟通
？Electrical permits
有电工证优先考虑
？Facilities with foreign company/hotel / exhibition building experience is preferred

汕大体育园是一座占地面积6万平方米，总建筑面积5.2万平方米的体育、会议及娱乐等多功能场馆，由享誉盛名的美国建筑设计事务所美诣建筑(David Manica)设计。场馆屋面由“空中花园”覆盖，为行人提供了观赏校园美景及周边景观的良好视野。

汕大体育园以“共享新体验”为愿景，场馆建成后将用以举办各项国际、全国或地区性的体育赛事、演唱会、文化盛事，旨在提升汕头市的体育、娱乐面貌。体育园包括一个可容纳6,278名观众的多功能场馆、一个奥林匹克标准的游泳馆、一个有170个房间的接待中心，并且配备会议中心、以及一个五星级标准的提供全方位服务的综合宴会区。

Designed by world renowned American architect David Manica, the Shantou University Sports Park covers a whole area of over 60,000 sqm. and will house a 52,000 sqm. state-of-the-art multi-purpose sport, conference and entertainment complex with a roof garden covering the entire structure offering dramatic views of the campus and surrounding neighbourhood.

With the vision to ‘Share New Experiences’, the sports park aims to change the face of sports and entertainment viewing in the Chaoshan region by bringing a variety of international, national, and regional sport matches, music concerts and cultural events to the area. The complex will be comprised of a 6,278 seat multi-purpose arena, a natatorium holding an Olympic-sized swimming pool and a conference center all supported by an integrated full service banquet facilities and a 170 room guest house.
