Main Job Duties :
1. Monitor manufacturing progress to ensure quality and timely products
2. Mainly responsible for best costing and price negotiation with factories in home textile category
3. Develops and manages supplier relationships in assigned region
4. Handle and support merchandising duties of orders follow up independently and work to critical path targets from product development, sampling, bulk production, quality control till shipment.
5. Check all cost quoted by suppliers, liase with vendors making sure quotation are correct before submitting to management
6. Monitor vendors for samples delivery efficiency
7. Organize and follow up lab test reports with vendors and QA dept for product compliance
8. Follow up with factories to make sure goods could be delivered on time
9. Perform quality control and monitor approval status in every aspects, proactively identify potential production issues & seek solutions with design team to achieve delivery requirements

Requirements:
1. Diploma or Degree holder in Textile/Clothing or equivalent
2. At least 6 years' experience in textile manufacturing and merchandising, home textile highly preferable
3. Strong price negotiation skill
4. Excellent organization skills with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines
5. Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure & overtime
6. Aggressive, self-motivated and good communication skills
7. Proficient in English and Chinese
8. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
