Main Job Duties:
主要工作职责：
1) Responsible for all costing and negotiations.
负责订单的成本核算和谈判;
2) Responsible to monitor vendors and the team to carry out efficient and qualified merchandising activities.
负责监督供应商在指定日期内生产出合格的产品；
3) Monitor the production statues and require travel to nearby vendors and factories for following up.
监督批量生产，往附近的供应商和工厂跟踪有关生产；
4) Keep track on the samples deliveries and qualities.
跟进样品的收发和检测品质；
5) Try to find more new good quality suppliers and factories.
开发新供应商和工厂；
6) Maintain the production schedule and complete on time and ensure the good quality production.
维护产品生产计划表确保按时保质完成生产计划；
7) Ensure production is delivered on schedule and with good quality.
确保订单按计划准时出货并安全运输；
8) Lead merchandising staff to work with suppliers and factories, department management and follow-up important issue.
带领团队与供应商及工厂沟通，管理部门及跟进相关部门重要项目；
9) Occasional business trip is required.
需要不定时出差
Requirements:
任职要求：
1) Diploma holder or equivalent degree is required.
全日制大专以上学历；
2) Minimum 5 years experience in stainless steel cookware, prior experience in trading company and be familiar with European Market is an added advantage..
5年以上外贸不锈钢厨具工作经验，熟悉欧洲市场优先考虑
3) Good communication skills and negotiation skills with vendors on production Time& Action calendar.
具备良好的的沟通谈判技巧，与供应商协商产品出货期和生产计划

4) Strong training skills and management ability .
具备优秀的培训及组织管理能力；

5) Good computer knowledge& MS applications (Word, Excel).
精通电脑办公软件（Word/Excel）
6) Effective oral and written communication skills in English & Mandarin.
具备基本的英文读写能力。
