职位描述

Job Responsibilities 职位描述:

1)Handle staff social insurance and housing fund etc
负责社保备案及公积金等事宜;
2)Be responsible for staffs database update, attendance record etc.
跟进/更新员工资料库、出勤记录等;
3)Organize and coordinate staff activities.
组织和协调公司的员工活动;
4)Responsible for employee relationship.
负责员工关系事宜;
5)Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, phone interview, interview coordination etc.
协助人力资源部的招聘工作,包括简历筛选、电话面试、公司面试的协调;
6)Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
上司安排的其它工作。

Job Requirements 职位要求:

1)CET 6 in English is a must,fluency in oral and spoken English is a must
英语六级,具有优秀的英语口语和书面表达能力
2) Diploma degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
大专或以上学历,人力资源管理或相关专业
3) Minimum 1 year working experience
至少1年以上人事工作经验
4) Responsible, well organized, independent and able to meet deadline
具有高度的责任心、良好的组织协调能力和独立工作能力,能按要求完成工作
