Job Responsibilities 职位描述:

1）Handle staff social insurance and housing fund etc
负责社保备案及公积金等事宜;
2）Be responsible for staffs database update, attendance record etc.
跟进/更新员工资料库、出勤记录等；
3）Organize and coordinate staff activities.
组织和协调公司的员工活动；
4）Responsible for employee relationship.
负责员工关系事宜；
5）Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, phone interview, interview coordination etc.
协助人力资源部的招聘工作，包括简历筛选、电话面试、公司面试的协调；
6）Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
上司安排的其它工作。

Job Requirements 职位要求:

1）CET 6 in English is a must，fluency in oral and spoken English is a must
英语六级，具有优秀的英语口语和书面表达能力
2) Diploma degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
大专或以上学历，人力资源管理或相关专业
3) Minimum 1 year working experience
至少1年以上人事工作经验
4) Responsible, well organized, independent and able to meet deadline
具有高度的责任心、良好的组织协调能力和独立工作能力，能按要求完成工作
