Reporting to the General Manager is responsible for achieving the monthly and annual sales targets, and representing the company brands in the market. They are to ensure the fulfillment of the company's objectives and respect of the company's strategy.
直接向总经理汇报,负责完成月销售指标及年度销售预算,在市场作为公司品牌代表。员工的行为需尊重公司发展目标及公司发展策略。
Work Responsibilities
工作职责
- Look for opportunities of development in oversea market and develop sales strategy to achieve business target.
发展海外市场并开发有效的销售战略来实现企业销售目标。
- Establish strong business relationships with distributors as well as the distribution channels.
与经销商及建立友好合作关系并且熟悉其营销渠道。
- Ensure the highest level of service to distributors through proper management of staff, optimum level of inventory and smooth operations of all Channels.
通过优秀的员工管理确保为经销商提供最高水平的服务, 优化经销商的库存情况,推动其销售渠道的舒畅运作。
- Drive all the sales activities and achieve or exceed the sales target defined in the business plan.
推动销售活动的开展, 力求达到并且超越业销售指标。
- Establish a high-performing, talented sales team with significant future potential for career growth .
建立一个在未来有职业发展潜力的高性能的、有才华的销售团队。
- Provide feedbacks to support team on product requirements.
向后勤团队反馈市场产品信息及需求。
- Explore the new business possibilities for Area Market.
在指定的区域发展新的业务机会。
- Report timely manners on Sales and Market by reporting tools.
定期向总经理汇报销售和市场情况。
- Other task assigned by General Manager.

Requirements:
职位要求
- 5 Years of experience in oversea market related field at an multi-national company, Liquor domain preferred.
在酒类跨国公司有5年海外市场相关领域的经验。
- Education: College or above.
大专或以上学历。
- Good understanding of sales and marketing.
熟练掌握销售和营销技巧。
- with a proven track record of sales achievement
有出色的销售记录。
- Strong coordination and leveraging skill and experience to work with inter-department in multi-cultural environment.

- Can get used to international traveling.
