Report directly to the General Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of organization and business. They are to ensure the fulfillment of the company's objectives and respect of the company's strategy.

直接向总经理汇报，负责公司和业务的日常运营。员工的行为需尊重公司发展目标及公司发展策略。


Work Responsibilities
工作职责
- Make the company more productive by providing effective methods in business operations
为公司运营发展提供有效的方案
- Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of logistics Finance departments in the organization
合作、管理、监督物流、财务部门
- Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability.

Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory. Plan effective strategies for the

financial well being of the company.
审核财务报表和数据，合理利用财务数据改善公司盈利。控制和准备运营预算，合理控制库存，为公司的业务发展提供有效的

战略策略。
- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Monitor adherence to rules,

regulations and procedures.
完善公司流程和管理政策以达到公司目标，监督各个管理制度和流程的落实情况。
- Plan and support sales and marketing activities.
支持销售和市场营销的各类活动
- Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans
协助公司发展和策划运营活动，落实和管理运营计划。
- Other job assigned by General Manager.
总经理布置的其他任务。

Requirements:
职位要求
- Bachelor degree or above in business administration, commerce, management
学士及以上学历主修工商管理和金融
- At least 5 years experiences in foreign company as General Manager Operations .
拥有5年以上在外企从事运营总经理的工作经验。
- Know how to handle problems quickly and efficiently
