岗位职责

1、负责陈列室、仓库进出库帐务处理及盘点工作，确保数据的一致性；

2、制定货品进、出和保管流程，并定期回顾、更正，以达到提高效率的目的；

3、负责日常发放货物的跟踪落实，及时反馈、解决在跟踪落实过程中存在的各类问题；

4、各区域间商品调拨跟踪及差异处理工作；

5、信息系统数据的录入、填写和传递，相关单证、报表的整理和归档；

6、定期与仓库核对数据并实地盘点，检查监督出、入库手续；

7、负责仓库消防安全等事宜；

8、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。



任职资格

1、大专或相当与大专学历，物流类、统计等相关专业为佳；

2、1年以上物流相关领域工作经验，有外资企业物流工作经历者优先；

3、Office办公软件电脑操作熟练；

4、具备良好的计划、管理、沟通和协调能力；

5、责任心强，诚信、细致，有较强的团队合作意识；

6、有一定的英语读、写能力，优先考虑。
