设计部主管：
1、负责部门内部工作统筹和安排。
2、针对公司旗下不同子品牌的产品，提供有效快速的平面包装解决方案。例如彩盒，画册，海报 宣传单张等。
3、维护公司旗下各个子品牌的视觉传达系统，并在此基础上进行创新和拓展；
4、灵活解决印刷前后各种问题；
5、针对设计，和公司各部门同事以及国外客人进行有效沟通和协调；
6、维护和改善部门内部工作流程，分工灵活，提高下属工作效率。
7、 把握大局，带领团队在有限时间内保证最大输出。
8、负责部门日常工作的监督杜绝不良作风。
9、服从上司分配的其他工作。

要求：
1 、大专以上学历，美术类专业, 具有扎实的美术功底以及良好的色彩感觉。
2、精通平面设计相关软件，尤其是ps ai；
3、不小于5年相关工作经验，有外资或外贸公司工作经验更佳。
4、 具备出色的统筹协调能力。
5、对产品摄影和印刷有一定认识；
6、对欧美文化有一定了解，有陶瓷，不锈钢制品，日杂和小家电等包装设计经验的优先考虑；
7、具有较好的英文沟通能力，4级优先考虑；
8、心态好，能承受较大压力。有吃苦精神，能灵活把握工作时间。
