Job Duties （职位描述）

1：Source new factories that can meet our product requirements and company standards according to sourcing priorities （根据公司要求搜寻新的供应商，计划安排各个产品优先搜索次序）

2. To build up potential suppliers database（建立潜在供应商目录）
3. To organize samples production, getting price offers and company profiles from potential suppliers（组织样品的生产，报价的整理，潜在供应商资料整理）
4：To take an initiative in price negotiation to achieve the most competitive cost.（主动与供应商沟通价格，达成有竞争力的价格）

5：Visit factories on a regular basis to assess factory suitability and performance （定期的访问工厂，评定工厂的实际经营状况）

6：Attend trade exhibitions, buying trips and customer meetings when necessary （参加展览会，采购团在必要的前提下）

7. To develop sourcing and procurement strategy, and the related policies and procedures

（提高搜寻和采购策略，改进相关工作流程）

Person Requirements （要求）

At least 3 years working experience on sourcing of ceramic，kitchen ware，homeware and so on.

（具三年或以上陶瓷，厨具，日用品资源搜索经验）

Excellent Negotiation Skills （优秀的谈判技巧）

Good product/ factory sourcing skills （优秀的资源搜索能力）

Product knowledge and understanding of requirements （良好的产品知识和理解能力）

Excellent English language reading（优秀的英文阅读能力）

Excellent IT skills with experience of excel use （优秀的计算机应用能力）

Able to travel to factories on regular basis （能胜任出差）
