职位描述

Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for providing full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, compensation & benefits and routine HR work;
负责所有的人事工作,包括员工招聘、薪资核算以及日常的人事工作
2) Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
负责执行公司人事政策和流程
3) Develop efficient recruitment approach and program
开发有效的招聘渠道和项目
4) Compile routine HR reports for management review
提交日常HR工作报告给领导审核
5) Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
完成领导临时安排的其他工作任务

Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
全日制大专以上学历,人力资源管理或相关专业
2) Minimum 3 years working experience
至少3年以上人事工作经验
3) Prior experience in trading firm and handle high volume of recruitment activities is a plus;
具有贸易公司大批量招聘工作经验者优先考虑
4) Responsible, well organized, independent and able to meet deadline
具有高度的责任心、良好的组织协调能力和独立工作能力,能按要求完成工作
Fluency in oral and spoken English is a must
具有优秀的英语口语和书面表达能力
