Responsibilities :
1) Assist in charge of both Guangzhou and Chaozhou Account.
2) Check and arrange all daily expense for both Guangzhou and Chaozhou office.
3) Arrange some suppliers' payment as per HK Supervisor's instruction.
4) Make the projection for both Guangzhou and Chaozhou office, completing Tally. ERP software daily and report to HK weekly /monthly.
5) Keep the good relation with bank for Fund arrangement.
6) Assist for the Tax declarer for GZ office tax issue.
7) Provide necessary assistance to HK Accounting Department .


Requirements:
1) Diploma holder or above , Certificate of accounting Professional.
2) 3-4 years relevant experience, prior experience in trading company is an added advantage.
3) Familiar with ERP software ( Kingdee, UFIDA, Tally, etc.).
4) Effective oral and written communication skills in English & Mandarin.
