职位描述：
The Accounts Receivable clerk will be primarily responsible for all accounts receivable, as well as system entries. Specific duties of this position include the following:

1. Processing of cash receipts, such as posting daily receipts, monitoring and applying credit memos and advances;

2. Sort and verify accuracy of income Audit work (primarily receivables aspect), including reconciliation of banquet check extensions, coding of banquets at cost, review and route sales and promotion checks with back-up. Record department administration phone calls and inform Controller of any potential concerns.


Requirement
1. Excellent in verbal and written English;
2. At least 3 years working experience in the similar industry;
3. A Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent qualifications;
4. Good communication skill and with an ability on demonstrating necessary authority in different situations;
5. Good team player;
6. Strong integrity;
7. Proactive learning attitude;
8. Very positive to the intensive workload;

Designed by world renowned American architect David Manica, the Shantou University Sports Park covers a whole area of over 60,000 sqm. and will house a 52,000 sqm. state-of-the-art multi-purpose sport, conference and entertainment complex with a roof garden covering the entire structure offering dramatic views of the campus and surrounding neighbourhood.

With the vision to ‘Share New Experiences’, the sports park aims to change the face of sports and entertainment viewing in the Chaoshan region by bringing a variety of international, national, and regional sport matches, music concerts and cultural events to the area. The complex will be comprised of a 6,278 seat multi-purpose arena, a natatorium holding an Olympic-sized swimming pool and a conference center all supported by an integrated full service banquet facilities and a 170 room guest house.
