- For our Process Industries and Drives Division in CHANGZHI,we are looking for a Warehouse Solution Mgmt. Specialist/库房方案管理工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Responsibility for warehouse team and the related objectives, planning, optimization and control of the result to increase the warehouse productivity

2. Organizational and process responsibility:

Set up and implementation of efficient forms of organization, procedures and processes to ensure rationalization potential and improve productivity;

3. Responsible for intralogistic btw WH and workshop:

Smooth and optimize internal logistic to meet production demand in maximum.

4. Logistic strategies and project support:

Develop and implement the warehouse and the related strategies accordig to the company objectives.

5. Compliance: Implement and set procedures to ensure that warehouse team will follow company compliance requirement

6. Employee support:

Actively supporting employees in complex and difficult procedures to ensure the success of employee

7. Materials inventory / Raw material warehouse / planning strategy:

Set strategy of raw materials and planning to meet company inventory, turnover targets and meet production demand

8. Materials planning and ordering: Set strategy and procedures to ensure the materials planning as well as arrival of material on time to meet production demand.

9. Sales order management: Set strategy and procedures to ensure on-time delivery to meet customer requirements.

10. Potential successor of SCM management: to support SCM manager to organize the whole department. Other additional assigned tasks

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. A minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing company, preferably multinational corporation or joint venture.

At least 3 years experience in logistic management area such as warehouse management function.

2. A recognized Bachelor degree in major for logistic / Management Studies or in major for Science/Engineering.

3. Five years working experience in manufacturing environment.

4. Working experience in multinational company is preferred.
