岗位职责：
1、代表公司在项目上行使全部管理职能，负责对施工项目自开工准备至竣工验收，实施全过程、全面管理；
2、代表项目部与公司签订承包经营合同，并在项目过程中认真执行；
3、是施工质量、HSE、文明施工、成本管理第一责任人，负责组织制定相关规章制度并组织检查落实；
4、协调和处理与施工项目管理有关的内部与外部事项，及时解决各种突发事件，确保项目正常进行；
5、负责与业主和工程有关单位的业务联系，严格履行对内、对外的全部合同条款；
6、做好项目工程的成本核算，及时回收工程进度款，加快资金周转，盘活资金使用，审核各项费用支出；
7、按照公司整体部署，对项目部各项工作统筹安排，重点协调，全面控制；
8、按照公司统一部署，做好工程任务的分配和资金划拨工作；
9、确定项目部组织机构及管理程序，明确各职能部门、管理岗位的职责、权利；
10、参与工程竣工验收、准备结算资料和分析总结，接受审计。

1、工作地点随项目变动；
2、语言表达能力强、具有一定的书面表达能力；
3、有大型项目经验者优先。

Shanghai Hertel Yanda Installation Engineering Co., Ltd is a joint venture company between Dutch Hertel group (holding) and Yanda Construction Co., Ltd. with location at Shanghai Feng Xian Chemical Industrial Park.
