-For our Industry Sector in CHANGZHI,we are looking for a Teamleader/车间主任.

What are my responsibilities?

-To organize production according to production orders, solve the problems happening in production, in order to guarantee the production orders can be accomplished. 根据生产订单安排组织生产，解决日常工作中的问题，以确保订单的准时完成。

-To establish and perfect post setup and personnel assignment, in order to guarantee that production can continue reasonably, effectively and systematically. 对各岗位做合理的安排及岗位职责的制定，从而有效率的合理的系统化的安排日常生产工作.

-To set up and perfect quality control system of producing process, in order to guarantee all producing activities meet the requests of quality system.建立车间的生产作业流程，确保履行公司的质量体系要求。

-To be responsible for relative workshop’s safe production and management on the spot, familiar with Safety operation of each of own machine in order to guarantee production is safe. 确保安全生产的贯彻执行，熟悉所有设备的安全操作规程。

-To responsible for equipment maintenance of relative workshops under the support by maintenance workshop.负责车间的设备日常点检并作出计划，配合设备维护车间对机器设备做周期维护及保养。

-To manage and examine teams and workers of relative workshops.负责团队的目标制定及实现，尽可能的用可测量的工具对员工的定期评估，并定期培训员工，以致达到共同发展的目的。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-A minimum of 3 years experience on related position in a multinational company or joint venture. 至少三年以上外资企业相关管理工作。

-Proficient in project management熟悉项目管理.

-3 years should in a supervisory or managerial role dealing with organizational leader.三年以上管理工作及团队的建设工作

-Good communication skill 具有较强的沟通技巧
