-For our Industry Sector in CHANGZHI,we are looking for a Strategic Procurement Manager/战略采购经理.

What are my responsibilities?

-Responsibility for team objectives, planning, optimization and control of the result to increase the purchasing productivity

-Purchasing strategies and project support:

-Develop and implement the purchasing strategies accordig to the

company objectives.

-Human Resources management:

-Under HR department support, management, development and promotion of purchasing employees to ensure the success of the team with motivated staff.

-Compliance:

-Implement and set procedures to ensure that purchasing team will follow company compliance requirement

-Employee support:

-Actively supporting employees in complex and difficult procedures to ensure the success of employee

-Supplier Management:

-Sourcing, supplier selection, evaluation, continued development of Siemens Standard supplier base on the basis of cross-functional teams to ensure the demand is met to the highest possible degree and to implement joint cost objectives

-Early integration:

-In all procurement related procedures to be a competent partner to all internal customers for the early integration of suppliers

-Organizational and process responsibility:

-Adaptation and implementation of efficient forms of organization, procedures and processes to ensure rationalization potential and improve productivity;

-Materials inventory / Raw material warehouse / planning strategy:

-Set strategy of raw materials warehouse and planning to meet company inventory turnover targets and meet production demand

-Materials planning and ordering:

-Set strategy and procedures to ensure the materials planning as well as arrival of material on time to meet production demand

-Indirect materials purchasing:

-Select supplier with cross team evaluation to achieve lowest cost and receive materials/services according to technical & quality requirement

-Other additional assigned tasks

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-A minimum of 8/10 years experience in a manufacturing company, preferably multinational corporation or joint venture (with more than 200 employees). At least 8 years experience in purchasing management area.

-Experience in various procurement functions as well as cross-functional experience gained in procurement-related functional areas

-Technical & management experience and necessary financial concept;

-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role dealing with organizational changes.

-Experience abroad and capability to operate in foreign cultures is desirable

-A recognized Bachelor degree in major for Business / Management Studies or in major for Science/Engineering.

-Five years working experience in Manufacturing environment

-Working experience in multinational company preferred
