- For our Industry Sector in CHANGZHI,we are looking for a HR Consultant---Employee Development (Training) & Employee Relationship/人事顾问---员工发展及员工关系方向

What are my responsibilities?

- Implement, review and evaluate a plant-wide training & development master plan aimed at broadening employee knowledge and competences/skills as part of continual improvement.

- Participate to build a learning organization culture conducive for employees to assume primary responsibility for continuous learning and maximizing their potential by acquiring current and future required competences

- Deliver training & development programs and tools according to business goals.

- Establish and update employee Training and Development filing, department Files management, such as training record, training request,etc.

- Assist to establish, modify, implement company communication plolicy, help to organize each communication and follow up.

- Understand and assist HR policies and practices in an efficient and timely manner such as Attendance, annual leave management and so on.

- Employee activities support such as annual dinner, outing,parties, family day etc.

- Company Magazine.

- Response for Expatriate management.

- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor degree or above

- A minimum of 3 years experience HR management field in a multinational company or joint venture , at least 1years in manufacturing.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skill

- Computer skill

- Training skill

- English Skill

- Coaching/mentoring skill

- Detailed and organized

    Siemens Special Electrical Machines Co., Ltd (SEML) is a joint venture established by Siemens and Lu’an group in China. With an area of 120,000 square meters, SEML is located in Changzhi Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Shanxi Province. The company focuses on developing and producing medium and large motors.
