- For our Industry Sector in CHANGZHI,we are looking for a Junior Order management（初级订单管理员）.

What are my responsibilities?

- ECC check: Each custom order need to do ECC check in Damex 出口控制检查：每个客户订单需要进行出口控制检查

- Create customer orders: According to purchasing order and custom down payment to create sale order in SAP。 创建销售订单：根据客户的采购订单和预付款凭证，生成销售订单

- Follow up all customer orders: Manage and follow up order process/ Make production plan /Take all necessary actions to fulfill confirmed delivery date to meet customer requirement 订单跟踪：管理和跟踪订单流程，制定生产计划，采取一切必要手段确保按时交货以满足客户要求。

- Finical control: make sure no over due payment from customer while the motor delivery 财务控制： 确保发货前客户没有过期的应收款

- Delivery note：According the test result and payment notice to issue the delivery note 发货通知：根据出厂检验报告和付款通知，出具交货通知单

- customer management: Good communication with customer, support them to solve the open issues. 客户管理：与客户保持良好沟通，帮助他们解决问题。

- Environment, Health and Security (EHS) related tasks

- Seriously implement position operational rules and ensure security based on national and local EHS related laws and regulations, Siemens headquarters and SEDL’ procedures. 环境，健康和安全：严格执行本岗位操作流程确保安全符合国家，当地法律法规以及西门子总部和SEML要求

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Well skilled in computer application e.g. Access, Excel etc. SAP knowledge is perferred.

- Good English communicating skills in both speaking and writing

- Product technique knowledge

- Knowledge of international trade

- Be familiar with applicable safety, health and environmental law and requirements

    Siemens Special Electrical Machines Co., Ltd (SEML) is a joint venture established by Siemens and Lu’an group in China.
